5.3 Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Burd & Co. will take appropriate action, which may include removal of the infringing content and notification to the listing owner. We may also investigate the claim and request a counter-notice from the affected party.

5.4 Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed in error due to a DMCA complaint, you may submit a counter-notice to connect@burdandco.com with your statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake and your consent to jurisdiction in San Diego County courts.
